My journey with Brandon began three years ago with a simple goal: get fit enough to go snowboarding in two months. Little did I know, those two months would kickstart a complete transformation! Not only did I conquer that snowboarding trip with ease, but I also unexpectedly fell in love with strength training.
Fast forward to today, and at nearly 50, I'm in the best shape of my life. I never worked out before! I started with nutrition first with Brandon. This is what two months with Brandon can get you (see photo)! I tried many things from intermittent fasting, juicing, and yo-yo diets, and nothing really stayed consistent (if anything, I gained more weight). After Brandon educated me on counting macros, I understood food better and didn't restrain myself with food. I finally realized how much protein my body needs (which is A LOT more).
We expanded and Brandon introduced me to strength training. I was always a cardio kind of gal, so I had no clue what or how to do. Brandon guided me and it's not that intimidating as it sounds. Now in my forties, I'm stronger than ever thanks to Brandon.
